• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for all nationwide orders. Please ensure cash is available at the provided delivery address upon rider arrival.
• Order Verification: First-time COD orders may require brief telephonic or SMS confirmation prior to fulfillment and dispatch.

4. Shipment Tracking & Transit Guidelines

Stay informed about your delivery every step of the way:

• Tracking Notification: As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, a tracking number and portal link will be emailed and texted to you.
• Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery up to two times. Please ensure your mobile phone is reachable to avoid shipment returns.
• Transit Loss & Claim Assistance: While Sangtara is not directly liable for transit delays caused by third-party couriers, our support team will actively assist you in tracking delayed parcels or filing claims for missing shipments.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Dispatches

We perform strict quality audits prior to packing every unstitched suit and retail item. However, in the rare event that your package arrives damaged or containing an incorrect item:

• Contact customer service within 48 hours of package receipt.
• Sangtara will cover 100% of the return shipping costs for damaged, stained, or mis-shipped products.
